We provide a trial service across our products where our care home customers can try a product before committing to purchase. Throughout the year, we exhibit at several care show events where we showcase new and existing products led by our care home team. On-site trials can also be arranged where our team visit the home, giving providers the opportunity to try our products first-hand.
We provide rapid next day delivery on all orders of stocked items placed by 3pm, ensuring our products arrive for when they are needed. We also provide preferential access to stock and each of our care home customers are supported by their own account manager, helping you to respond quickly to hospital discharges and changes in resident needs.
