Ordering on our contract portal is simple and easy. You can browse our catalogue of products for details, specifications and your care service's contract pricing. When you are ready to order, you can call our helpful team on 0333 222 8584, email us or process your order through the online portal. You can also request a quotation to be forwarded for approval.

Ways to Order

Order Online

When you have finished browsing and adding items to your cart, enter your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to confirm your details and delivery address (pre-populated with your account details), select a payment method, and confirm your order. Our portal uses the highest levels of website security to ensure your details are kept safe and secure.

Order by Phone

Call our customer care team on 0333 222 8584 to place your order over the phone. We will be able to answer any questions you have and also book your delivery date on the call.

Email Your Order

Email your order to sales@operabeds.com and our customer care team will process your order, arrange delivery and call/email you to confirm any details you need to know.

Quote Request

Phone 0333 222 8584 or email sales@operabeds.com to request a quotation. We will email you the quotation which can then be forwarded for approval.

Payment Methods

Purchase on account

As a contract customer you will likely have a credit account with us so you can place orders and receive a credit period after receiving the goods to make payment. You can select this method at checkout and enter a purchase order number to cross-reference with your systems.

Debit/credit card

To pay upfront by debit or credit card, you can put your card details in as a stage of the checkout process. If you're ordering over the phone, a member of our customer care team will take card details over the phone. We accept most debit and credit card types and there are no additional fees for card payments.

BACS transfer

To pay by BACS transfer, we will email you a proforma invoice with BACS details. Once payment has been made your order will be processed and dispatched.
