We offer a 14 Day Returns Policy on all products. Any product you return will need to be unopened, unused and in it's original packaging. Please note that products that have been installed are not covered under our 14 Day Returns Policy.
If you have purchased a product and wish to return it, please contact a member of our Customer Care team within 14 days of the invoice date. Please be advised that there will be a cost for collection of goods from your property. Please also note that the original carriage and installation costs are non-refundable.
Products that are upholstered in a custom fabric or your supplied material are ineligible for a refund unless there is a defect.
Longer than 14 days?
Goods that are unused and still in their original packaging can be returned after 14 days. You may be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the sale value as well as a collection charge.

10 Day Home Trial
If you've had an installation of one of our beds or chairs within the last 10 days you may be eligible under our 10 Day Home Trial scheme. Find out more about the 10 Day Home Trial.
Bed Buy Back / Unwanted Equipment
If you've previously purchased an Opera bed that you no longer need due to a change in circumstance, we've enlisted some recommendations to help provide a hassle free removal:
- Donate the bed to a local care home or hospice
- Speak to a local mobility retailer who may offer money for your bed and arrange collection
- Sell your bed on a classified site such as Gumtree, Preloved or eBay
