The Opera® Patient Pole helps users to maintain their independence and to re-position themselves within the bed. The Patient Pole is extremely versatile and can provide the user with assistance when sitting up, getting into and out of the bed or when changing position to improve user comfort.
The patient pole (known also as monkey pole, over head hand rail, over bed grab rail) requires the user to have a reasonable amount of upper body strength and is an excellent mobility aid to help maintain their independence and ability to reposition themselves within the bed. Compatible with all Opera® profiling beds.
