In the event of a power cut, the Opera® profiling beds have a 29v battery back-up which has enough power to get the bed back into a flat position.
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call 0333 222 8584 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.
The Opera® beds are covered by a 3 Year warranty. If you would like to have your bed serviced on an annual basis then we can arrange for an engineer to come out and service your bed. For more information please call 0333 222 8584.
Both flat and fitted sheets are suitable to use with the Opera profiling beds. The mattress dimensions are 3ft/3ft6/4ft x 6ft6.
