All our mattresses are sold separately due to each person having different pressure care needs and preferred firmness. However, we have a range of different mattresses available with something suitable for everyone. Our adjustable comfort mattresses are designed for use with electric adjustable beds with a variety of options available.
Any of our comfort mattresses are compatible with our profiling beds. Our adjustable comfort mattresses have a variety of firmness's and sizes to choose from.
Our pressure care mattresses balance optimum user comfort with preventing pressure sore development. All pressure care mattresses are suitable for use with any of our profiling care beds and come in a variety of styles across air therapy, foam or a combination of both.
Our pressure care mattresses are designed with optimum comfort in mind, supporting you throughout the night.
The Opera® Signature Upholstered Profiling Bed is available with or without side rails. As the bed lowers to a low height, some users do not require the side rails. When not in use, the side rails drop down out of the way and act as a wooden side to the bed.
Individual grab rails and side rails can also be purchased, allowing you to customise your bed however you wish.
In the event of a power cut, the Opera® profiling beds have a 29v battery back-up which has enough power to get the bed back into a flat position. If you’re concerned about what might happen in a power cut, our friendly team are happy to help.
If a handle or loop is needed at the side of the bed to assist with getting in and out then we can supply the bed with a grab rail that can fit on either side of the bed in the desired position.
We have a variety of different grab rails available to purchase separately from our care bed accessories page.
The wooden side rails can only be operated by somebody outside of the bed, they can either be left in the drop-down position to the side of the bed or in the raised position to prevent someone from falling out of bed.
When purchasing one of our beds, it’s important to go through the instructions in full first, to make sure you know how to operate the bed safely and effectively.
In the event of your electric bed breaking down, call 0333 222 8584 and speak with our in-house product support team who will go through the issue with you and try to troubleshoot over the phone. If the issue requires an engineer visit then this can be arranged within 24-48 hours.

All our profiling and adjustable beds are covered by a 3-year warranty which includes 3 years parts and 1-year labour cover. We offer two upgrade plans (read more) if you would like to buy additional cover for your Opera bed.
The Opera® Signature Upholstered Profiling is not available in a double width. The reason for this is if the user requires on-bed nursing by carers outside of the bed, this width would put a strain on the carers backs having to reach over.
We do have other double beds available to browse on the bed section of our website.
